Jerry moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and since
that time up until today, Jerry Martillotti has been working

He has also successfully handled many appellate cases including recent landmark cases, Crehanga v. Jardal,
in the Supreme Court of New Jersey that changed the law on the
methodology used in expert witness testimony. He also
successfully argued Mix v. CP Rail in the United States
Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit which expanded the rules
related to Statutes of Limitations in FELA
cases allowing workers that have exposure or repetitive
injuries greater access to the court system.
